When I start the game i get the splash screen and then an
error.
The error says : MechWarrior IV has encountered a problem and
needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I've installed the patch but that doesn't do anything.
Can someone please help me.

Have you tried reinstalling everything? Hard to really guess
what the problem is. That's a generic error message.


Mercs => PR1 patch => MP1 => MP1.1 => MP 2
