Its been quite a while since I've played and a new hard drive inspired me to give it a go----again.
I did all the patching, all the mek-tek installs and got her up and going. Had fun despite being buried in enough poptarts to make Godzilla a diabetic. Then it happens and I suddenly remembered why I hadn't played in so long.
I go to enter a room and the screen drops out and a dialogue box tells me to insert disc# 2. Well that's just dandy, no prob by me except I got the disc installed already. Is there a fix to this or do I have to do a clean install and leave out Mek-tek's toys and maps? Please tell me I can keep the cool stuff.

Most likely you are missing a particular map which has been modified from the original set of maps. It is also possible that the server itself is carrying an incorrect version. Did you do all the MW4/BK conversion maps correctly ?

Well I downloaded a file from mektek that was supposed to contain the converted BK maps and it unzipped itself and self installed (I think) but to be honest I don't know of anyway I can check for sure. I have never had much luck manually installing the maps. When Hogsback and Lakfront and the others came out I had to unzip and try installing them nearly 6 times before they took.
I'll try downloading them again and see what happens.
