Combat Flight Sim 3 isn't due out for 6 more months and it is already raising the bar on what players can expect.

There are two types of pilots...fighter pilots and targets...and I'm not sure about all the fighter pilots.

It looks pretty, but how does it play... and can we expect any patches if play is found to be flawed?

MS fixes flaws...but you have to understand what really makes a flaw. There are plenty of the things tha players whine about...but most of them are not flaws, they are features that were never promised, advertised or intended.

Some of the people that have tried it are in love with the way it plays. Given that it is a follow on to two games that played very well, I have no doubt that this will be 3 in a row.

Screenshots are nice and all (and the shots I've seen of CFS3 are very amazing), but my concern lies with the flight model. Graphics don't make the sim, flight models make the sim...

Of course, it isn't likely you'll hear much about flight models with 6 months left to go, too much to change and tune. Time to watch and wait.

Very very nice clouds. Best I've seen in a game if those are volumetric.

Good point,I only looked at the (very impressive) airplane. Those clouds are amazing.
