i dont know about that, but then again, i havent even read all of the first novel.

for people who say that halo 2 is better than 1, they are way off.
guns were so crappy, the pistol was now a semi-auto sucky small weapon with no scope. they took away the assault rifle with no explantoin, they added a lock to the rocket launchers, that just gives n00bs another reason to camp and take it, elites hardly talked in the first one, but now they talk fluintly(the whole covenant does!!!), they brutes screwed up the whole story line.
floods, i thought were gone in the first one, but no, they had to make more, i was kinda hoping to see no flood, but just humans and covanents duke it out, multi player. multiplayer is better than halo 1, but probaly cause it has xbox live, and i see a whole lot of glitches in multiplayer. for example, when you play rifles, you only get the battle rifle and the sucky carbine, not the plasma rifle.when you play sniper, you only get the sniper and the beam rifle, not the pistol inlcuded. i know im leaving some stuff out, but i just cant think of any right now.
